[RC Ranger Renovation Example] A Certain Steel Factory

Approach to the deterioration of concrete water tanks! Allies of water treatment facilities that protect tanks with five strengths.

We would like to introduce examples of renovations of our "RC Ranger." At a certain steel mill's wastewater treatment facility, the deterioration of the concrete aeration tank was severe, and water leaks from the tank were confirmed. However, there were challenges in constructing a new aeration tank due to site constraints. In response, we carried out repair work on the aeration tank using a temporary aeration tank and a temporary high-speed coagulation and sedimentation device. The high-speed coagulation and sedimentation equipment also enhanced the functionality of the wastewater treatment facility for future repurposing. Based on our experience and achievements as a plant manufacturer, we provide comprehensive proposals ranging from deterioration diagnosis of tanks, repairs, installation and operation of temporary equipment, to renovation suggestions.
